After the great success of our Meetup sessions in June and August, we are organizing a new session to show: 

- Understanding Convertible Instruments (SAFE, convertible loans, etc.)

- How to determine a pre-money value for startups

We are going to address 2 major concerns for both founders and investors:

a) Understanding what a convertible instrument is and key points to know when negotiating

b) What should be a reasonable pre-money value of your startup?
