Celeno is a Winner of Red Herring's 2013 Top 100 Europe AwardApr. 16, 2013
Celeno Communications, a leading provider of high-performance Wi-Fi chips and software for home networking applications, was announced a winner of the Red Herring's Top 100 Europe Award, a prestigious list honoring Europe's leading private companies and recognizing their innovations and technologies across their respective industries.
Seven other Israeli companies made it to the 2013 "Red Herring" Europe Top 100 list, one of the most prestigious competitions in high tech. Among them are NLTSpine, Valens Semiconductor and WalkMe.
The Red Herring editorial team evaluated the companies on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as financial performance, technological innovation, management quality, overall business strategy and market penetration. This assessment was complemented by a review of the track records and standings of similar startups in the same verticals, allowing Red Herring to see past the "buzz" and make the list a valuable instrument of discovery and advocacy for the most promising new business models in Europe.
