Intel has been active in Israel since 1974 and ever since is enlarging its local activity. 8,500 workers are employed in its factories and R&D centers and its part of Israeli export has been $4.6 B in 2012. All in all, Intel has invested $10.5 B in Israeli factories building in the last decade.
