Creating opportunities: Business and investments in Asia, US, and EuropeJun. 20, 2019
Withers LLP are delighted to invite you to attend their cross-border investment seminar which will be hosted at the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv on 20 June 2019.
In today's ever-increasing globalisation of the world economy, investing in jurisdictions around the world can be complicated. Cross border investments have become a challenging area of the law due to cultural variations, different legal systems, political instability, and various other risks.
The seminar will cover international corporate and tax law considerations for Israeli investors investing in the US, Europe, and Asia; as well as briefly cover how to structure your personal investments globally. The speakers, Elliot Galler, David Guin, Giulia Cipollini, Daniel Tang and Eric Roose, all of whom are Withers partners from around the globe, will be sharing their knowledge on cross-border investments in their respective jurisdictions.
The welcome speech will be made by Mr. Amikam Levy, a former ambassador of Israel to Vietnam, consul general to Hong Kong, and consul general of Israel to Shanghai. He has wide knowledge and unique views about the Chinese and Israeli market and above all a great supporter of the Jewish community in Hong Kong.
