Leading Israeli VCs: weak local VCs are bad for the sector

Despite structural and cultural obsticles that Israeli VC sector is experiencing, leading Israeli VCs are still optimistic about the sector's potential growth. Strong local VCs, they agree, are essential for the whole sector.
